Hey guys. I made a few other post when I was getting my first e30 a few weeks ago. Whelp this is my project car and it needs a lot of work, so here starts my project thread.
1985 325e
Stuff that was already done:
M20 "I" motor out of a 88 325is (new injectors, timing belt, head studs
89+ Plastic bumper mod (needs work)
3.73 LSD
Lowered with h&r and Billy's (back struts are Bad though)
Also came with a extra 88 manual trans
And other parts.
It runs pretty good
Urgent needs:
Brakes
Steering rack (e36 rack included with car)
Rear struts
New shifter bushings ( late model rod style shifter included)
Exhaust
Not so urgent:
Fix the plastic bumper fitment
Body work
New seats
Paint
IS lip
Figure out the rear apron
Kill the rust before it gets un kill able (only a few spots
Wants:
Wheels
Euro stuff
Maybe 5.0 motor haha
Hear she is ready for the 5 hour ride home

Here she is at home

And we begin e36 rack in

That's where I stand no. Had to order new tie rod assembly due to me stripping one the studs, and then not being able to get the outer tie rod off the inner do to being fused together by rust smh.
I have the tie rods on the way as well as rear struts and a m30 air flow meter.
Will keep this updated as I go.
Peace
