Okay so heres some updates. Got the car running/driving. Ran like shit but it ran haha, drove it to a meet a few hours away. It rained, a lot.

Cracked a barrel on one of the RS's on the way home, so I sourced another, split/resealed.

Fixed that, went and got some goodies. Euro 3.5" MAF, Bimmerworld intake boot, fuel rail beauty cover

Stock maf vs. euro and my sweet autozone cone filter

Installed the fuel rail cover, cut off useless brackets in the bay, grinded down and touched up with some paint

Installed Euro maf/boot, relocated the main ground strap and diag connector to behind the harness cover on the passenger side for a cleaner look

Exhaust shot, still needs a little work but for now its there. Raceland headers, Y-pipe to a single 2.5" pipe, Vibrant ultra-quiet resonator, y-pipe, 2 2" pipes out the valence which will be changed to 2.5", (slight mishap with the exhaust shop). And rear section needs tucked a little more. But it sounds great. Can also see the trans brace.

Im cheap so I decided against paying 60$ for a 318i bracket to mount the 413 red label, so I gutted the M20 ecu from its case and stuffed the red label 413 inside. Mounts right in the factory location, and was free :)

The real reason why the car was running like shit. Stock chip in the red label 413 is meant to run 17lb injectors, stock S52 injectors are 21.5lbs, so I ordered a TMS chip. I read back and forth reviews between TRM and TMS. I havent compared the two but I have noticed like people said, the TMS chip is a bit rich up top. No biggie.

And a shot of the vert to to end this update. Both cars are running great and im enjoying both. I leave for SoWo Wednesday so if youre going to be down there make sure to come up and say hi!

Haha I couldn't let em go just yet. I was asking 2000$ shipped with adapters, no tires.

A little update. Drove the car for the first time today which felt awesome.
Took a while to bleed the coolant system but finally got it once I figured out the proper way.

Throwout bearing was indeed backwards (I'm an idiot). So the motor came back out and I completely rebuilt the whole shifter assembly while it was out.

Got everything back in and it's all good. Trimmed the harness covers to make them fit better. Got the rad mounted up properly too.

Will have pictures up soon. Exhaust is next.

Also have a ton of stuff coming for the vert so ill update on that too. Coils, wheels, timing belt etc.
