some old things i did
removing many layers of stickers

now only 1

good morning car

time for some more maintenance

redline atf transmission fluid
ate brake fluid
transmission mounts
new valve cover gasket
hood shocks
18 years old hood shock

ate brake fluids, don't mind the rusty container it hasn't been open yet

my homemade brake bleed kit

also changed the transmission fluid with redline atf and transmission mounts. look how dirty the brake fluid and transmission fluid is. feeling fresh with new fluids

time for valve cover removal. i'm shock how clean the 200k head is...

then valve cover was a mess

getting bolts clean in my shaky water bottle

valve cover cleaned and spark plug gasket on

bolts are also cleaned

everything back on, time for a short drive. transmission feels great now and brake feeling fresh. i recommend redline atf :DComment

My father drives a white sedan 525i e34 and does not enjoy it very much. It is in the same condition as yours minus all the cleaning and love you put into it. I am tempted after seeing this to try and buy it off him, sadly it is a auto..View my build thread. http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=287724Comment

an auto would be great for DD, good for those day when you don't feel like shifting.Comment

i haven't got much done but i did got some new stuffs, including my first smart phone. so you'll see more of low pixels photos.
thanks to abraham motorsport for the euro trim

swap the ugly US trim out and test my new phone camera in wide angle

more boxes show up, and one of them is from the UK

another one from uuc

and a $15 trunk roundel

I have a full schedule this week so i'll have to wait til the weekend. I can't wait to install the uuc short shifterComment

here is what i got from the UK. much better than the heavy 4 spoke airbag

also swap out the yellowed windshield fluid cap for a nicer one.

time to install the uuc ssk
before you do anything, read the instruction

remove the shifter boot and what do you see, redline fluid. my tranny is leaking a little bit of fluid. it was the selector rod seal and with some luck a local auto store had one in stock.

old stuffs are out

clean some parts while it was off

all cleaned now and uuc shifter put together

looking good, shifter installed and ready to put boot back on.

wife bought me a dickes suit because i always dirty my everyday clothes
i bought myself a set of bc coilovers from ebay. see the weight difference
rear stock

rear bc

remove this long bolt from the bottom and 3 top nuts. rear shock should drop afterward

i didn't get a chance to weight the front, bc front also weight a little less.
working on the front

front are out

housing are going to be cut and weld at my cousin's shop
i almost grab this sucker, blackwidow

after everything put back together. it can go way lower but this will do for now

got new tires for the oz.

a quick shot from my phone

3/27/13 driver side window decide to crap on me so i took care of it. i'm shock to find how gay the clips were glued to the panel. every clips were detach from the panel so i have to re-glue them.

took it out to sac race way for the heck of it. i was planning to run 3-5 times but on the 3rd run the clutch starts to slip so it was done for the evening.

best time was 15.561 on the 1/4 mile. not bad for a 200k stock motor with just mark D chip and some heavy oz wheels. on this timeslip i was up against a rsx type S with some mods (I/H/E).
