.....moving on. What I thought was the last rust spot, was funny enugh NOT the last rust spot :(:(:(:( When I removed the rear windoe, this litle fu**er smiled back at me [IMG][/IMG]
Once again the grinder and welder came back into action

          [IMG][/IMG]
          [IMG][/IMG] Done....

The other side was not so bad, it just needed a good clean with a wire wheel
          [IMG][/IMG]
The ugly tow-hook that poked throug the rear valance was just had to go[IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]
Cheking that everythings in its place, filling the diff with new oil etc...looks like we are ready to rock[IMG][/IMG]
          Shaved ![IMG][/IMG]
Taking of the old soft top[IMG][/IMG]
Discovered this.......some lowlife retard cut these holes to fit speakers witch the top folds back on top of, making them completly useless. Note the fine execution of the cuts:hitler::hitler:[IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG]
And that's it, ready for the paint shop. Loaded it onto the towtruck and away it goes
          [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][/IMG][/IMG][/IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]
          [IMG][/IMG]
And this is the place where the car has been parked the last year....I miss it already !!:p[IMG][/IMG] More soon. Thanks for watshing.:D

So I got a call from the painter the other day, good news, it is painted now. Went to se it today, and I'm very happy with the result. Monday morning I'll call the tow truck and have it hauled back to my shop.
I will get some pics up on monday, when I have it back. Now the fun part starts...

Wheel's are 8'16 et20 with 215/40'16 tyres. I think the suspension will settle a litle more, but I will propobly lower it a bit more. let's see how it all turns out. So far I'm happy with where this is going.

Time for a little update, lots of small stuff done. The list off things to do is getting shorter......on to the fotos.

I scored some black lether sports seat, here a few shots after i had them refurbished.

                    [IMG][/IMG]
                    [IMG][/IMG]

                    I've bought some speakers...

                    [IMG][/IMG]

The front set goes where the speakers normaly are. It was a little more involving to get the rear speakers fitted.

                    [IMG][/IMG]

                    [IMG][/IMG]
                    [IMG][/IMG]

                    A coat of paint...
                    [IMG][/IMG]

                    And finaly.....
                    [IMG][/IMG]
                    [IMG][/IMG]

This is the result, ready to go back in the car
                    [IMG][/IMG]

On to get the speakers mounted...I made some brackets
                    [IMG][/IMG]
                    [IMG][/IMG]
