small update but at least its a start :)

back at work :) removed the headers.....

Test fitting the turbo manifold... problem right now is my oil filter cooler is deleted and now my small filter hits the bottom of the manifold. So anybody have a donor filter cooler adapter?

Out with the headers they served very well still look brand new they are now for sale!

today I finished all the piping for SC side and started the car I wanted to compare with the AIR TEMP on idle before and with new Big intercooler. Well am not surprised to see that my new cooler max at idle is 11 degree compared to 38 degree before...I should of done this before but its ok as to twincharge I had to do the piping in taking consideration room for the turbo piping.

Now on to the turbo side :)

Very cool man! dont be shy to comment or ask questions! It would be awesome to see another twincharged E30.

    Thanks :)

I almost made 270HP and all the 280 pounds of torque before 2000-3000rpm on 10PSI just Supercharged with a small intercooler underhood but the MOST important thing is not how much power total I made, its how the power is delivered. I cant describe to you the amount of power on the low end it has and how easy the car was to drive around it felt like I had a M62 V8 under the hood and now adding 8-10 PSI of turbo boost to it there is no way I will be under 400HP at 20-22PSI...

I cant wait to drive it... It will be pretty unique! My inspiration ever seen the group B lancia delta S4:

Received the rest of the piping...I'm almost done test fitting all the pipes :)

The routing is all figured out, all fits well and hood closes very well.

Turbo side piping is done and no problem I can keep my electric Power steering :)

All thats missing is joining the pipe that goes from one end to another it will be right behind the intercooler I will weld some hooks to mount the 3" feet pipe..

I'm having lots of fun building this...and at the same time I'm affraid how crazy powerful this car is going to be it was a beast with 10 PSI of supercharged boost now with 20PSI of supercharger and turbo together cant wait!!

    Stay tuned lots more coming....

Piping is almost done for new intercooler...

Ordered more tubing should be here soon. You can see the blow off valve that will make sure the turbo can release its boost.

This front mount is 2.5 X times bigger then my small underhood one.
This plus water meth injection should keep the twincharged boost heat at bay...

Parts wise yes the crank pulley is a big item. My contact was Mark Campbell at http://www.hotrodlane.cc/ - 479-394-5711

Mark already has all the specs for the M20 engine so he could just cut you another one like mine 7". It will cost you around 250-300$ just so you know.

    Good luck with your build!
