motor is in, motor mounts are 95% complete.

tranny mounts in progress..

no modification to the firewall necessary, and the shifter seems to align with the stock hole in the tunnel from the auto tranny..

the crank pulley is like 5 thousandths from the oem bmw rad so i have to push that forward maybe a quarter inch

are you sticking with the original radiator? maybe there is a thinner aluminum one out there. I'm not sure how the mishimoto E36 model compares with the M20, but it's popular among the vanilla 24v swap crowd.

if possible id like to utilize as much oem stuff as possible, or a part that fits into the oem location.

i have certainly given thought to a mishimoto etc... just havent looked into it yet.

haha, thanks, you might see me driving, but unfortunately the e30 is for track only so you wont see that on the road....though having said that...im out in the boonies so.....#sketchyshakedown :P is a possibility.

I daily a loud silver s4 avant...youll hear me well before you see me lol
