undercoated the subframe.. shop that pressed out my hubs mangled my replacement set of brake dust shields. Ordered some new ones and waiting on those.

Also coated both trailing arms, no pics of that yet. I stripped them and etched them, then coated them with 3M asphalt undercoat spray.

my dust shields get delivered on the 14th.. then I'll be able to bolt my rear subframe back up.

Got my springs from einstein57, for a pretty good price. Thanks dude, should have included a GE sticker, I'd rock it :)
specs are 8in fronts at 450# and 4in rears at 650#



adapters are from Ireland engineering. I really liked their rear sway bar reinforcements, so I figured I'd get their rear adjusters too. Apart from the polyurethane upper mount being really porous, great fit and quality.





For bushings it'll be all poly errythang
RTABs are race hardness from Prothane
Subframe bushings are street from Powerflex





I'm also having a buddy weld in the e30tech rear camber/toe plates

In other news I'm in good health. Almost r3v'd my vw bus on the way home from work yesterday. Someone a few cars ahead of me pulled a full emergency stop (texting I assume), Indian lady in the suv in front of me wasn't really paying attention either and did a full stop, abs and everything.
Now me in the fully fueled 5000lb bus with teenytiny brakes, slam on the brakes, fronts lock up immediately. Realize there was no way I could stop in time, so I chuck the car onto the shoulder ( cement road blocks on the left, car on my right) and sneak into the gap with just a few inches to spare on either side of the car..going like 50mph. My door grazed her rear bumper, and my mirror hit the back of her car and folded in, luckily zero damage occurred, some scuffs on both cars that you could rub off with your finger.
My butthole was TIGHT.

Just for reference the car has no airbags, and no crumple zones, I can't imagine what would've happened to my legs if I hit her
