    Green Machine: My 325i

Well, time has finally allowed for me to start working on my E30. I'm an 18 year old high school kid so I don't have countless hours to work on it.

A little background on the car:
Sitting on JOM coils front and back
Currently running 16x8.25 XXR's, not a huge fan of them but they are OK
    Fully adjustable rear subframe
    Runs like crap
    3" straight pipe, yikes!
Running 16x8.25 fronts and 17x9.25 rears in this photo:

    May 24th:

Here's my lovely little work space, crammed on one side by a boat and the other by an F-250. Don't be fooled, it's Laguna Green. Fairly dirty from sitting outside and driving it around in some dirt.

Started by pulling out the drivers seat (Also is that wire the Occupancy sensor or...?):

My carpet cleaner/shampoo thingy broke so I improvised and used a shop vac and the shampoo in spray bottle and used some elbow grease to scrub it in. Looks alright, better than before:

Either way I'm digging the lagoon car. And you're wrong when 18 and in high school that is the most time you will ever have to work on the car. Cherish it. Pick up a non airbag wheel, Tech I or II Nardi or the like get the engine work sorted and enjoy the drive. Wouldn't mind seeing that paint detailed either. Have fun!

It needs a respray pretty bad, it's much more noticeable in person. But as for time, I actually work full time at a BMW dealership. It has some perks though. I want a quick release hub + a nice steering wheel and I do want to get the engine running nice, I'm having a hard time diagnosing the two main problems, one is it over heats not into the red but like 3/4 on the gauge and the other is once it is warm it starts to bog and misfire pretty sure it's the distributor/rotor.
