5.3 vortec? auto trans or manual? you do know a used t56 goes for like 2k easy, 1k for a busted one right? T56 is more expensive than any the engine.

Lol yeah i know the T56 are expensive... i gave up that for the time being i never picked up the LM7 vortec motor

The one dedicated to this build was completely parted and gone, the M50 car i got because i really needed a car and ran and drove and motor blew, im guessing from all the abuse as a track car. but the M50 car is being parted and scrapped..

Now for the new blue ETA car that is getting its regular maintenance, putting on the full suspension (swaybars/coils/mounts/bushings) from the black m50 car and calling it a day until i move out and am stable enough to build it all crazy and what not

But thanks bud, i do miss the M20 i built :/ ill build another one day...

Got 2 more tickets this past friday.... sooner or later theyre going to take my license and then i can build insane racecar in the garage because i cant leave lol

and someone built this car, and i bet theyre on r3v, if i can find out who built this car i could find out what corners they cut and what parts were replaced with what

Hey guys so i havent updated in a while and left everyone hanging...

Unfortunately i never got the motor running, the chassy harness, and engine harness were completely ruined and the fuse box was melted in half.

I ended up trading the motor for an 87 M50 swapped and parted out the shell and junked it.

Dont worry, ill have that motor back one day and when i do.... this thread will be back up top every day!!!! and thanks for all the love guys, i spent ALOT of time and money on that car

This is the single best thread on R3v (and I'm not being sarcastic at all). I just spent an hour reading all 13 pages watching your build and I can't wait to see the finished project!
