    little red 325is build

So i picked this guy up from a death bed in maine last weekend. No rust, ok interior, buttttttt its a broken timing belt special. But hey is was 700 bucks!
I am very new to this whole thing but here we go!

So i took off the head. right away broken rocker

Head off i found the valves like this!

Pistons where ok. this is worst one.

So no i must decide machine head? junk yard head? or junk yard engine?
know any good machinists in mass? how much should it be to have the head checked and prepped?
    will update with progress.

    help me save it!

I know of Local RI machine shops that are good. wish I would of saw that on CL, woulda grabbed it for a New shell .87IS's are the best

Junkyard head would be My choice . Then get it Re-done entirely .
