Well I had a second car wile i was working on my e30. Well it decided to give up on life. So i looked for a bit and found another E30 in rancho cordova that was for sale for only $500.00 so i said what the hell i can fix it if theres any issues. Well turns out the owner lost the keys i called 4 locksmiths and they either bailed on me or just hung up on me. The owner said well if you dont take it today then its going to a junk yard. So i offered $200 for any parts id need. She took the $200 and said have at it. So here is what i got

Full 325i Exhaust
Near perfect dash
ECU
various interior parts
New headlamps
New fog lights
OEM oil cooler
and a few other parts i cant recall

I would have took the whole head and wiring harness and bumpers but it was 1am and i was getting pissed off and i wanted to burn the car down. We all know these cars you work on them till you want to burn them down.......then you love them even more.

So i get home and unload all my parts and then i head to reno to meet up with the Taco man and KAmotors. Some of the coolest guys ive ever met. Rode in Kamotors E30 and OMFG that thing is so bad ass. Wile i was there i picked up a 885 head so you can guess what parts im collecting now.

So I have come to a decision. My current E30 will be getting a "i" top end and a Kamotors turbo. And make that car my daily and I will pick up a second e30 and make that the M3 M30 that i was planning. I just cant stand not driving my E30. My car that gave up on life was not an E30 and i was miserable.

Soon ill post pics of the car and the parts and i will have parts ill be selling ill post that stuff later.

I finally got moved into my place and organized enouph to do more work on the car and i got the M30 head totally disassembled.

you can see this is the cylinder that blew the head gasket




The cam was in good shape but i will not be reusing the cam or any of the valve train so time to start collecting parts and have the head decked and cleaned properly.
