I have a M20B25 turbo engine, that I've had for a couple of years now, but didn't have the right shell for it, so it was just sitting there until I found the right shell.
This April I stumbled upon an add for a 318i touring shell, all rust had been repaired in the most of the car (we found a Little bit in the engine bay, but everything else was taken care of).
So know we're in the process of painting the car, and getting ready for a custom fuel cell install in the Wheel well.
Engine is a fully built M20 with Eagle rods, JE pistons and turbo camshaft, and a Flemming Fartstrup engine management.
It'll be paired with an Eboost 2 boost control, and 2 programs. The low with 325-350 HP and 450-480 HP on the high.
Suspension is a XYZ Super sport coilover kit.
Bushings will be a full set of Powerflex.
Front subframe has been reinforced, as well as the monting point for the diff on the rear subframe.
Still working on wich other parts we need.

Removing interior parts.
And out came the M20, and now on to rust repairs.
Removed the doors, and front window to begin getting the car ready for paint.

Touring badge from a 2002 touring.
Gonna get an Alpina front and a new smaller intercooler.
That was all I have for now, gonna do some more paint on the touring to night.
