    Because I wanted a valence, early model cars have nothing under the bumper and it looks janky. A valence fills the dead space.

    This is strange, I think some 91's made in 1990 have DB bumpers because I've seen other 91's with DB's. When I'll go home I'll check the VIN and decode the production month.
