Did you write it to them in any emails or on a tech sheet? If so, they can use that to build quotes.

If you feel that they've changed the point of your statement, changed the tone (for the negative) or portrayed you in a bad way then you have the option of getting up them with a rabid honey badger.

I understand what they're doing (it has been my job for the last +5years) but that doesn't excuse pulling quotes out of their arse. If you want to take it up with the editor (and why not, some of those typos are fucking lame - like their continual references to "cams" in M20s) then I can PM you Louise Woodham's email address.

naw, it aint a big deal. Im happy to have it in the mag. i just wish there was a little less "artistic license" with the facts. I have Louise's address, she hounded me for 2 years as to why i work so slow

i think im going west next spring but im not sure yet. i may do vintage at the vineyards again also though. i want to drive it until it needs to be restored again
