I just noticed this reply...
The seats above (Monte Carlo) range from $650 (leatherette/corderoy centers) to $900 (full perforated leather).
The Nurburgring (fixed back version of Monte Carlo) runs from $550 to $750 depending on fabric

Rallye seat - $750 to $850

ST Seat - $750 to $850 (I get the seat directly from Germany, so the price may vary depending on the current exchange rate)

They have a universal base and have standard dual locking sliders. The fixed back seats have a tilt bracket available so access to the rear seat is still possible.Leave a comment:

those are awesome looking seats. what kind of money are they??? do they have a universal type base or what??
and thanks for the nice words.
if it were a year ago i would consider these but i had my whole interior redone in scheel fabric to match the new fronts.
i have a friend looking for seats similar to what you are offering thoughLeave a comment:

install the engine management first and then bring it over for storage. i will strip it and use it on my 02. i have 2 cars stored at my moms and my garage is still full. i havent stepped foot in the garage in months. i need to get back at it after the house is done. my wife is having 2 christmas parties and im running out of timeLeave a comment:

no need to apologize I was poking at Blunt because he really loves his seats
the ones you posted look really nice though, they would work well in an 02Leave a comment:

I believe blunt has at least one set of recovered scheel seats.Leave a comment:

Unbelievable project! I can't believe I just stumbled on to this thread.
The attention to detail is just top notch.
If you are still looking for some seats, drop me a line. I have some cool retro looking seats (new, italian-made, very high quality) that I usually install in early Porsche 911's, but would look great in the '02

i am the resident asshole but even assholes have good qualities.Wow. Count me among the underestimaters. I had you pegged as resident r3v asshole as well. Who knew what talent hides beneath that crusty exterior?
I used to build and show old-school VW's, and I know what it takes to build a car like the Dub. Titanic effort, equally enormous payoff. The car looks incredible. Congrats.
I also read about your E30 in Roundel. Very impressive.
thank you but i havent touched the car for 2 months. ive been woking on my house trying to pacify my wife. i did install new springs (i changed my mind) and dropped it down on the ground today. damn it looks good even with a year of dust on it. gets me inspired to get back at it. thanks for the kind words. ill have the house wrapped up soon and start again soonLeave a comment:
