theres no real solution for the 02 to go 5 lug with. i tried to make it the best i could using tii struts and trailing arms with larger bearings. i have plenty of brakes with lee's massive kit so im hoping ill be happy with the end result
the steering wheel is a factory BMW sport wheel. the seats are from scheel mann... i got the fronts off ebay. they were in a pantera back in the 70's. the buyer yanked them out, wrapped them up and stuck them on a shelf for 30 years. he put them on ebay and greg notified me there was a buy it now for them for 300 bucks. i sent to germany for matching fabric
and had the back seat recovered in that. the fuel cell isnt really a fuel cell. its a creation of my own. i bought a new tank. cut the stock filler off and installed a fuel cell filler neck from pegasus in the top of the tank and made a vapor cannister for it. i did this because 02's are notorious for leaking fuel out the filler when you start throwing them around. i was concerned about my paint being damaged over time. so i will fill thru the trunk

This car is simply one of my favorite 10 cars a real man can afford, not by type but specifically one of the top 10 cars I would do many bad things to own.

Colorado is a color meant for '02's - plain & simple. I don't consider Henna my 1st choice on a E30, but it's the ONLY color that could edge Colorado on my personal color palate.

Blunt, the car is simply heavenly. I know that sounds gay, but it's the best term I can find. Mucho respect for what you have done with your 'blank canvas' 2002.

You will no doubt have countless hours of fun with your butt in the seat of that little monster. Envy, simply envy.

i love it, i wish i had the time/money/skill to do this, and i like the idea of modernizing the classic, if i could get an 02 i would modernize it (tastefully of course) but i would be scared of the purists

I happen to have a Moto-Lita wheel...really rare stuff, very beautiful wheel.
