It doesn't get driven that often, plan to take it up to PBIR again this year.

I hate wiring, it's not my strong suit, but managed to remove as much as possible and somehow keep the car running.
At one point was wanting to rip the dash out, replace with a fiberglass one, rewire the whole car, but opted to save it for when the built engine goes in.
Also added an external fuse block to power trans cooler fan, secondary fuel pump and some gauges.

Removed all the door actuators, kept the power windows though..!!!

So this duraflex bumper has some weird size bumper lights. No BMW oem lights fit. A trip to the U-Pull it with a card board template to help sizing and hit the jackpot.

Pontiac Sunfire side markers fit perfectly with just a little shaving in one corner.

In the process of removing all the useless wiring, holy hell what a mess...

Planning to hit the dyno once it's all back together, with video for sure.
Thanks Dan...! You want a ride...???

Waiting on bumper lights to arrive. Now would be a good time to go through the wiring harness upfront to remove unnecessary wiring leads, a/c, side marker lights... etc

Thanks. Sorted out the coolant hoses, radiator filled. New slim fan ordered.
Reinforced the center of the bumper with two layers of fiberglass and the side mounting areas for more strength. This duraflex bumper is super thin and don't want it to crumple up like tin foil at high speeds.
