Christmas and tax season does not usually weigh on the decision making of the middle-aged and those that can afford, the sales price was a fair deal for everyone

Agreed on both counts. If I was ever to buy someone else's build it would have been this one. A hot rod e30 for grown ups. Great concept and execution.

Had I known 5 yrs ago that Jordan was building new 24 valve Mtech II E30's I would not have dumped more than that into the ones I own and just waited to buy this one:) . $31000 imo is a great deal for such a quality and detailed build.

It's never a good idea to sell a car the last two months of the year, and the first month of the next year.

I would say safe bet to sell is mid to late February - May.
With tax returns in full swing, everyone is itching to buy a new "toy".

This is what I've witnessed over the years.

I reserved first right of refusal on the vehicle, and would be happy to offer it for resale to a new owner when the time came If I was unable or unwilling to reaquire it for myself. Since my wife would divorce me if I bought it back I've arranged the sale :-)
That's what I suspected and hoped. Can also relate to the spousal objections to bringing a vehicle back.
