    Kinda tempted to turbo an m60 and put it in the e23, but the amount of wiring needed scares me a lot worse than fabbing parts does.

    The e32 developed a tick and missfire. The missfire definitely seemed ignition related but I feared the tick was something worse. Discover the prongs had broken off the Bosch plugs(actually common on these) and the plug was finger loose. What ever shop worked in it needs to learn how to tighten plugs, both rear plugs on each side were loose. Access is tight back there and I'm guessing the shop didn't have patience or tools to do it right. Well all fixed now with a set of NGK's. No more missfire, no more ticking (it was exhaust escaping the plug hole).

    The e23's cap and rotor were nasty! The car stutters a bit at WOT around 5500rpms and this only helped a little. Going to replace coil, clean AFM and TPS next. Made a quick video of the replacement. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KCfraeTNf10

    I test fit the e30s new wheels on the e23. 285 18x9.5 rear et20 and 245f18x8.5 et20 and they fit perfectly lol. The e23 has huge reae tubs, a 305 would easily fit. Now I know what I can get away with.

    Well here's the thing supposedly the car has had like everything replaced, but you know here I am replacing just about everything the previous owner said was replaced... I do plan on doing the chain guides.
    I did find that the knock sensor was fine and it was just the insulation that came off two wires giving the check engine light. 2 pieces of tape and the car was better than ever!
