To start, this is my first build thread.
I tend to get lost in work and not take pics or make updates
Background:
This is My first e30, purchased from a friend of a friend.
Fairly clean car.
180,000km
Canadian car

No real rust on the chassis it's self, fenders have the paint stripped off the bottom from rocks.
I picked up a 95 525, kept the motor. I'm going to be M50 swapping it this year. I also parted out a 97 M3, the S52 will be refreshed and the M50 will be swapped out the following winter.
Purchased a Renown wheel, AKG shifter, crack free dash, recaro pole position etc.
Pulled the running M20, removed the seam sealer, shaved the brackets. I'm going to mildly shave the bay. Nothing serious.
Tore down the m50 to the short block, painted the block.
The plan is to run the head from the s52 on the m50 including the cams.
Purchased a set of KW V1 coil overs and ground control race camber plates. E46 rsm with reinforcement plates. All new wheel bearings and front hubs.
