It's been a while since I've updated this thread. I've had a couple setbacks and I've been kinda sick lately so I have made a ton of progress. She starts and runs pretty well now but there is a coolant leak that I have to address. [emoji53]
Picked up a set of style 5's for a great deal, they should look great after I refinish them. Not sure what I'll do with them yet. I may use them on my e28.
Dropped my rear end this weekend. I'll be refreshing it and putting in an LSD.
I'll be rebuilding and powder coating my calipers as well. Here's what they look like at the moment.
Adjustable subframe is welded and ready to go back in. I had to paint it because it wouldn't fit in my oven.
I'll probably be putting that in this weekend. I e also been powder coating some parts for my friend. He is doing an m30 turbo build in his e30.
Here is the front subframe I coated for him.
I'll be doing suspension work this weekend so I'll update then.
I ordered some brake lines from Garagistic during their Black Friday sale but I still haven't received them. I don't want to do them after installing the subframe so I'll be waiting on that I guess. I burned the bushings out of the trailing arms because it was easier than trying to press the out. No pics of the fireworks. I got my strut tubes cut for my coilovers.
I also removed my old control arms. I bought some Lemforder replacements. Didn't have time to install them.
Last but not least I spent a lot of time cleaning and powder coating my calipers. They look pretty great. Not flashy but I like this silver color. I'm ready to rebuild them and put them back together soon.
Slowly getting Snowflake closer to road worthy status. I powder coated this cover while I had the rear end drop. They always rust out so this will help protect it.

Then I powder coated my diff cover
3.73 lsd ready to go with a new Garagistic poly bushing.
I put all new cv boots and 95a poly bushings on my adjustable subframe. Had to notch the bushings slightly for the hardware to work.
