Hi guys! I've had my E30 since early October 2016, and I figured it was time to get a thread together to document progress.
It started it's life in December 1986, and was originally sold in Denver, iirc, so it's been a Colorado car its whole life.
When I got it it had 212k miles on it, and needed pretty much one of everything:
-Timing belt, water pump, radiator, etc.
-Drive belts
-Valve adjustment/valve cover gasket
-Oil pan gasket
-Rear subframe/TA bushings were totally shot
It did have a couple things done already, like sways and Koni's/H&R's, but those were done before the previous owner bought it, and it was pretty neglected since.
The car has come a long way since then, all of the above list is done plus new Bilstein Sports, IE Stage 3 race springs, adjustable front end links, new mounts all around, camber plates, poly subrame/ta bushings, control arms, solid control arm bushings, Garagistic rear subframe, poly diff bushing, Hawk HP+ pads, stainless lines, and high temp fluid! Feels tight as hell now.
