Finally update after a hiatus. Moved into a new house with a garage for me to rehab the little 325is. Currently in the process of intake gaskets, cap, rotor, timing belt, water pump, thermostat and replacing ac compressor. On to the pics!

Old timing belt shredded, timing was 2 teeth off as well

Got the intake reinstalled along with refreshed injectors. Hopefully my spark plug wires arrive this week and i can fire it up saturday!
