Bought this pile. What should I do with it?

Did some more research on the car. Found a random forum post about wheels and came across a photo of this car. OP was in the same state that the car is titled in so I looked him up on Facebook.
I got some great info about the history. Apparently this car is an IS and was one of, if not the first car to have a production Century turbo kit installed on it. They used it for trade shows and tech demos etc.
He even sent me this scam of the car at the first Gateway Tech in the vendor display area in ‘82.


Info comes from Bill Kemper who apparently knew the car back in the day.
