I got a pretty killer deal on the engine I only paid $500 for it according to the dude I got it from only has 70k on it! He was gonna give me the 5-speed for only 100 extra but then backed out :/ so I hit him a couple weeks later and offered 300 he thru in pedal assembly for 100 extra. So last night I just picked up the pedals and tranny for 400. According to the past owner there was an Allen wrench inside so I was fearing cylinder wall damage. I’m going to take apart the old one eventually and slowly rebuild. It’s only been a couple months I feel like I’ve been making unbelievable progress for such a small amount of time. Now that I have the 5-speed I’ve been looking at how sweet those condor short shift kits are and I’m like damn maybe I should just go the extra mile and to the Manuel swap especially now that everything is all out. Oh yes dude even Gave me the engine stand free. So I have everything to slap the auto in but as far as stick I believe I need cylinders flywheel drive shaft and clutch from what I’ve been reading. However then I read stuff that adds more shit it’s confusing haha. Thanks for your comment!
