    318i to 325e

May not sound like an improvement but anything is better than an M10.

Gotta fix the 300k '84 318i that is about to go belly up. The women is attached to it so my plans of running it into the ground went out the window.

Local to me, picked up all these parts from an '86 325e with 134k for $475:
Engine w/ all running gear, trans, driveshaft, diff, rear suspension, front suspension, ps rack, engine cradle, exhaust, ALL the wiring from the car, hood, trunk, wheels/tires, brakes, and many interior parts.

Missing the downpipe/cat and an alternator which the old man claimed he had.

Only plan on keeping the drivetrain and front struts. rest is getting sold or scraped.

You are going to swap the rear disc brakes on it too, right?

If the alternator from an 87 e works, I got one for ya for a good price, Joe.

The rear drums are staying, i dont feel like swapping them as ive got enough parts to replace.

It should. Im giving him some time to find these parts, and if not i think the one from my 318 will work, 90amp too.

          Pink Caps???

          PA-LESSSSE!

          As per girlies requests....

Replaced timing belt w/tensioner, WP, plugs, rotor, oilpan gasket, intake gaskets, valve cover gasket, injector o-rings, and crank/ilder seals.

Still need to find wiring harness bits, ETA cluster, coolant overflow tank and hoses, throttle cable linkage bits, pass front caliper, and some more stuff.

OH MY GOD. That pink engine is fucking TITS.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I love my JimC chipped eta. Fuck all the haters. When I can afford to do my 24V swap, I will. But unitl then, I love this motor.

I hear you josh... ETA's are fun little daily drivers. All that torque is so much fun to play around with, especially in the city!!!

That pink m20 the best eta engine ever.
