What did you do to your E30 today?

replaced my center vents with a 3-gauge panel.


& my UPS homie brought me some mandrel bends for my turbo-back exhaust :)

Worked on redoing my cluster and continued to dig out the parts car(still sits under 4 ft of snow)

bought it an air filter, gonna put it in tomorrow though.

tomorrow is the big day, i get to put the trunk latch back on, make sure it latches, tape up the empty taillight with transparent red tape, and charge the battery. my avatar illustrates exactly what i'm working on... :-x

Dude I seen the vid. It looked like you were hauling a$$ there. How fast were you getting up to on the ice track?

It was a pretty fast track (which might not be the best thing...), probably in the 40s on most runs, maybe faster on that run since i didn't slow down soon enough, but it's hard to tell when you're on the gas due to slip.

That is still pretty cool. If my E30 wasn't a DD I'd be taking her up to the P.I.R every chance I got.

Was really slow today at the end of the day and I got bored while waiting to close up.
So I took it upon myself to have some fun in my parking lot.




I rationalized it by telling myself I'm just field testing the e30 that I'm about to flip. ;)

I uncovered and rolled my m3 out of the way.


So I could swap fuel pumps in my 318 sedan while some random black guy tore up my shop.


At the same time Bimmerista was hard at work repainting his rockers.

I spent some quality time cleaning my interior. Didn't bring the camera with me, but the carpets look mostly tan now, not black with a few tan spots showing through, and the drivers door card is mostly clean. There's still a lot of scrubbing to do though.

Nah not this one, I love the car. I should have tried to do so with the 84 but I decided to sell it instead . Plus the only other rig I have to get around is a lifted 72 Ford 1T which gets 7mpg if I'm lucky.

I ordered a CF intake from KAMOTORS, some pedals from BMWpedals.com, some eibach springs and coffee mug from Bavauto.

I can't wait!
