A missing security clip that secures the gear selector rod to the transmission left me on the side of the freeway yesterday. The gear selector rod backed out of the tranny and I was left shifting into thin air which is quite exciting, almost. Triple A towed me home, ran down to the dealer to grab the $2.00 part and I fixed it in 10 minutes. Super fun.world renown Harry Potter expert

I installed my new shifter boot today. Got to fix the oil leak from the drain plug tonight and install my new thermostat housing after work.

Installed "new" HVAC panel. Also re soldered the light bulb housings that had been broken by a previous owner. Installed the OBC with screws from the dealer - rather than glue as the previous owner did. Finally, I replaced both HVAC panel light bulbs.

Picked up some suede vaders this weekend. Manual ones too. Going to physically pick them up tomorrow after paying for them today :D
