I have really crappy tint, so I went out and bought a heat gun so I could take it all off. Got one window of 3 done. Not sure if I'll retint it or not.
What did you do to your E30 today?

I got almost all of the undercoating off of the top half of my rear valance today, that is a serious job! Using a heat gun and a putty knife, it comes off pretty easily, but it's still a lot of work. I also got the areas surrounding the bonded parts of my rear bumper sanded to close to uniform.Comment

washed it for the 3rd time this week, fixed the passenger fog light that had been pushed back, mounted the front lip for real (no more half assed jobs from the previous owners) detailed the interior
spoke with the old owner who saw me washing it and dropped by and damn he was jealous of the cab today with it being 78 and beautiful outComment

Oil change, tune-up, rear pads and rotors, front swaybar bushings, buffed the hood and the roof so that my car's not pink anymore.Comment

tossed the battery in the trunk, fired it up and drove around the neighborhood and annoyed the neighbors.
Parked it in the driveway, disconnected said battery and won't drive it again for a couple of weeks.Current Cars2014 M235i2009 R56 Cooper S1998 M31997 M3Comment
