Looks good, When do you plan on spraying the whole car?

Tomorrow morning. If I didn't have to run a compressor outside I would just do it now. I've got it all ready, just needs a final wipe down now.

Nice, Please take some photos during the process. Or have someone take photos while your doing the work. Would help with people who havent done this type of stuff before.

one trick to avoid dust is to flood the floor with a garden hose. Works wonders.

I would love to but i really don't want to have my camera in there and get overspray on the lens. I'll take pics right before and after. And I really don't think I'm the one to give pointers on this stuff, I'm a noob.

It's all ready. I'm waiting for my friend to get here and we'll wipe her down and go at it.

2002maniac, thanks for the tip. I have a little spray bottle that I'll mist the floor and walls with to keep the dust down.

I'll be back later with results.

another trick is to hang a few chains from the bottom of the car.. I guess its suppose to stop static and stop stuff clinging to the car.

Has anyone fitted E36 rear seats (in the back obviously)? Often times these vadars come in a complete package from the seller not willing to part. Just wondering about the look and process and feasibility. Great work btw.

Well we got it sprayed. I'm disappointed with the gun. It didn't spray quite as well as it did when we did the bumpers, skirts etc. There is orange peel in places, and we will have to color sand this thing now. I don't have any good pictures, just from my phone. Here it is:

                      I need a shower and a beer.

Looking Good Jordan. It will all be worth it. Trust me. I'm going through withdrawal right now with the car no longer in my garage. I find myself just going out there to clean it and stare at the engine!

Now the best thing to do is push it outside and let it bake in the sun. or push it outside till you pull down your booth and then push it back in the garage with some heaters!!..

Yeah, it is in the booth with a space heater as we speak. That is as good as it's going to get though, I only have one. I'm actually headed to my mother's house for the weekend here shortly so it is just going to have to stay in there for a while. I'll be back to get to sanding though.

I think you have to wait atleast a week before you can cut and buff.. Im not 100% but I think I read that some place. Paint job looks freakin awsome though. I cant wait to do mine. I actually figured out today what color Im doing mine. All Im gonna say is BMW color 400.. :)
