18" in the F. 22" in the R. Looks like a great project, Sorry to say, I really don't like the painted trim on the grill of the 1936 Packard. Otherwise, nice project. BTW arn't Boyd's so 90's rod status? I say start a trend and run some custom HRE's or somethin nifty.

Awesome score. How old do you estimate the curtains to be?

Yea, the 20" has too much sidewall. Look into a 22" for the rear.

ugh, do you have ANY idea what that 36 packard would be worth if it was restored? Don't get me wrong, I like street rods, just to cut up something like that is pushing it (imo). Especially when it could have been restored. But, you own it and I don't, so keep this updated!!

I've been slacking on the updates real bad, sorry guys. Most recently my father's laptop went in for warranty on the LCD screen crapping out and all the pictures are on it, so I'll post them in a bit.

All of the welding is done on the frame, the IFS is in, the rear is in, we borrowed a big block and bolted our trans up to it, some brackets were made up for the A/C condenser, battery box, etc, we have a general idea for the routing of the A/C, brake, gas, steering lines. All in all it is coming along pretty well. It's too bad I leave for school tomorrow.

Oh, man, I totally forgot I made this thread. A lot has happened in a few short years, I'll get typing and get some pictures emailed from my pops back home and I'll continue.

We have the motor and trans, the frame is pretty much done, it's going to get sent out to be painted soon. When that happens we're going to be tackling the wood with an old friend of my dads.

Jasen, we sold the motor already, but we may have some spare parts kicking around. I'll double check with my dad and let you know, or have him give you a call.
