This weather is fucking GAY. I almost stacked my car getting on the hwy to go up to 'Rosa about an hour ago...lol. Pretty damn wiggly and my tires don't grip in huge puddles of water anymore =x

Didja get the fan all fixed up on there? I like that idea of using the AC switch, good thinking.

^^ hehe that cat should do about the same job as my resonator, maybe its all about the muffler. my exhaust is just as loud as my stock "i" exhaust. just as long as it sounds good man! POST VID AND PICS!!! ;)

i got something very similar to yours^^, they had to cut my ebay headers a lil to be able to add flanges. 2" from headers into dual in/2.5" single out CAT with a magnaflow polished 2.5"in/dual 2.5" out muffler. except my car is loud as fuck. like really loud. i would say something like e46 m3 w/ eisenmann race exhaust.

i have a 2.5" ypipe flex pipe through resonator to borla through muffler and its real quiet. maybe on the restrictive side. great for daily. if you go single pipe (much easier/cheaper) maybe you should consider a larger pipe ~ 2.75-3?

if i had a chance to redo mine i'd go 3" with similar components. oh and ask for flanges!! i had my front ebay header cut a few inches to add a flange that would't rub with the other header's flange. nothing like being able to drop your exhaust w.e you want. i had to cut the pipes on my previous track car lol

Ah, oh well. Hope they can do a good job on it. I'm off tomorrow all day, but not sure what I have to do to prep myself/car for the SCCA licensing driver school at THill next weekend...

yah if i have my exhaust installed by then.

planning on going either dual 2" pipes all the way back from headers with dual in/out CAT and muffler, OR y pipe after the CAT and single 2.5" all the way back. havent decided yet, depends on the shop i suppose.
