Yeah it does haul ass, I', very happy with the motor. Its amazing, under 4000rpm it is very nice as a DD and as so as it goes above it just pulls like a train.
The exhaust is custom made, headers into a X-pipe then into
dual 2 1/4, then 2.5in cats, then to a dual in dual out cross muffler and out with a 2.5 dual tips, all the bends are mandrel bent.
Sounds pretty good, very little rasp, but only at very high revs. otherwise has a pretty deep sound.sigpic

Ok so the car had a meeting with the dyno today and here are the results.
Oh, yes the side trim will be going back on soon....
171.6RWKW is pretty good I think. Theres guys around here which are only getting 161RWKW on there 3.0 M3's.
And for the keen ones, you can see it all here, let me know what you think of the exhaust.

I'm new to the forum (I'm on bf.c most of the time), but had to comment here.
AWESOME project! Great color choice, nice interior materials, great wheels, and has all the go fast goodies to back up the great looks.
Are you running the stock S50 computer? Do you have plans for a standalone or at least a chip in the future?
