WOW, clean bay. Nice build man.

Nice job on the bodywork, driveway, garage and engine! What kind of gas mileage are you seeing with the 2.7 and 3.73 rear end?

When it was the eta I still got about 26 mpg hwy, a loss of 2 to 3 from the 2.93. I don't really know running the 2.7i yet. On the first tankful still, but I do have about 250 miles on this tank and its almost to the red. I have to say my foot is in it a lot more through the gears. The power is quite a big increase over the e. The only 325i I've driven was an auto so I have no experience to compare with my 5spd. I'm leaning toward finding a 3.46 or 3.25 to recover some freeway rpms.

Thanks! I spent today completely tearing down a sport seat to repair the seat back frame. I scored a pair at the bone yard in a crashed car that had good upholstery but a very bent back. The only reason they weren't already gone I'm guessing. Took about 8 hours to strip the frame, straighten, weld some breaks, reassemble and clean. I wish I took some photos cause I have no proof the seat was trashed!
