Edit: Picture for proof that its still around.

This is how I remember seeing it the first time I saw the e30 pickup. But the unimog was more together.

I think your cab and rear window look great, what are you planning on changing? How is everything holding up? Find any weak points yet with so much of the body removed?

The rear cab looks pretty good, but it has a few spots that aren't straight enough for my liking. I'm going to redo the cab and roof again, just this time with more experience behind me. The other thing that ive always regretted about it is how i rolled the rear arches, so i'm replacing the rear quarter panels, this time with vert quarters so i dont have to bother with a c pillar. While i'm there i'm going to redo the structure i made where the bed rails are, i never had any signs of it moving and all has held up great I just think its ugly now.. haha

Some crappy instatube shots from last night

This is one of those projects that I have truly learned an incredible amount from. The down side is that now when I look at it I see a ton of things that I would never ever do the same way again...

SO.. I decided that to really be happy with it I need to cut out and redo quite a few things. Some parts are in the mail and the rest I should have by this weekend, decent progress incoming. I'm really looking forward to getting rid of the ugly bits that have been preventing me from going any further in quite some time.

Soon to follow with a version 2.0 of...

    The roof
    Rear cab
    Rear quarters
    Maybe a few others....
