    Bumper swap time! ya!

Ive been wanting to do this for quite a while and finally gathered the moniez to get it done. Im doing plastic bumper swap with late model front valence and mt2 replica rear valence. Im adding a mt1 rear spoiler while im at it.I will probably update every few days but progress is rather slow.

    Bumpers waiting for body work

Fiberglass insert for mtech 1 wing. Had about four layers of paint that needed to be sanded through

Both the outside studs were violently broken off at some time so i had to fabricate new ones. This one turned out decent.

This one is not too good but is strong enough to hold it. There was an entire chunk of the fiberglass missing here so it got a little messy.

Wishno's attempts at DIY eurotrim FTL

Thats all for now. My shoulder hurts:(

There really was a lot of paint there, looks good though. I might have an idea for painting the rubber piece.

No i havent gotten back that direction yet. How much do you think it would be just for the paint for the spoiler?

Few more of the parts ive accumulated.

Any ideas on how to take this dent out? I was thinking heat gun and clamps with wood?

Front valence ready to be sandblasted,

And smoothed out a little with bondo

The best you can do is heat it with a heat gun and push it out and use a flexible filler to finish it off.

Ya I think thats what im going to have to end up doing. How did you mount your tech 2 rear apron? Did you just bolt it to the bumper cover?

                              Small update of little progress

Straightened the front bumper core and now needs to be reinforced and smoothed out.

Great day in the PNW for a drive:p

Finally painted the rubber/foam part of the mtech 1.
