I'm thinking of switching out the houndstooth. I dunno.

Well, posterity, you will never know what it cost us to preserve your freedom. I only hope that you will make a good use of it. If you do not, I shall repent in heaven that I ever took half the pains to preserve it.

That storage partition thingy looks like a good idea, I don't use the ashtray anyway. Do you have a part # per chance?

Let's see some pics of the car, I have forgotten what it looks like......

Ok I'll gets some pictures tomorrow and of the partition thing when it arrives.

I have a lot of stuff laying around that I need to install. I also may be buying a bunch of mtech1/2 stuff tomorrow, of which some will be resold.

Well probably because I'm awesome......oh yeah and I'm living at home at the age of 26, which is AWESOME! :)

Pictures of everything around 6-9pm or something. "My" house is so full of car shit and I'm afraid of the shit storm that will ensue upon these new items arrival.

My brother is getting married tonight and I was just leaving to go buy mtech parts off a guy. Luckily (I suppose), my mother called and asked where I was and then found out that he was being married at 7pm tonight. So now I have to wait till tomorrow morning to buy the stuff. I mean how inconsiderate of everyone to schedule this wedding on the same day that I needed to buy rare BMW parts! This is unacceptable and I'll never be able to forgive them. Oh guess what my brother is doing right now? Fixing the headgasket on a truck he just got a deal on and towed home earlier today. Guess I'm not the only one that's not too concerned about things.

                          Tomorrow's Plans:

                          - Buy mtech stoooooof
                          - Meet up with Stereoinstaller1 and get my CD43 installed & e36 window switches

Some picks of my car. I had Stereoinstaller1 (Luke) over to my house the other day and he did some work on my car. Luke is a great guy and I would recommend him to anyone. Fun to hangout with and his work is great. He did the following:

                            - Installed a CD43 oem style Cd player
                            - Ipod hook up
                            - Fixed window switches
                            - Installed green bottom e36 window switches (they light up :D)
                            - Fixed passenger side dome light
                            - Wired up my lighted shift knob
                            - Made my speedometer work somehow (didn't work before he was there but it does now!)
                            - Showed me how to fix my check brake light problem
                            - And made my wiring much nicer

                            Here's some random pictures:

Looks good, so what is the secret to the check brake light problem?

Trunk near the jack. Pull the paneling and then behind by the antenna there a box. Unplug it and make sure all the contacts are clean and not all corroded.
