    Updated the wrong thread yesterday..
    So lets post the same to this thread too.
    As this car is in project state at the time

    Merry christmas to all you r3v users!
    Thought to write up something here now at holidays when just chilling at home.

    So whats up with the old "black" touring..
    Almost a decade (9years) been gone since i bough it and now its going to get some modifications.

    Just gonna send it

    Took it all apart

    Body:
    Interior out
    Build rollcage
    Sparvo ProAdv Seats
    SaBelt 6point harnesses
    Put all the interior back that fits on their place,no rear seat at all
    +other minor modifications to make room for "turbo stuff"

    Engine:
    Block:
    M50B25 STD Block
    M52B28 crank,stock M52 pistons
    forged H-beam rods
    all new bearings,pistons rings
    M52 oil pump
    CR: about 9.2:1

    Head:
    Ported Vanos head
    dual valve springs(NV)
    Custom CrMo retainers
    275/10.83mm regrinded cams with modified cam trays
    Ina Hydraulic Racing lifters(8krpm proof)
    ARP studs And cooper ring headgasket

    Engine management:
    MS3X Fully sequential,Cherry Hall Sensors
    Lamborghini COP coils

    Fuel Feed:
    1000cc EV14 injectors
    Walbro 450LPH
    AN8 fuel lines
    high flow fuel rail
    adjustable fuel regulator.

    Air Feed:
    300x600x76mm Bar&Plate type intercooler
    Tial dump valve
    2,5" intercooler piping
    J-spec(swedish company) intake manifold,with 65mm billet throttlebody
    Holset Hx40 Super with #18 twinscroll turbine housing.
    45mm turbosmart wastegate+screamerpipe(to avoid backpressure)
    Self made Twinscroll manifold
    Self made 3,5" stainless exhaust system,with straightflow muffler

    Clutch&Drivetrain:
    Billet flywheel
    765 SRE pressureplate
    E90 320D stock clutch plate
    ZF GS6-37BZ 6speed transmission
    Modified stock driveshaft,Typ188 2,93 LSD

    And then i have to try to control that little increased power output
    So feew updates to driveability.

    Camber/caster adjustable rear axle
    BC Racing DR Track E30 M3 "true coil overs"
    PU bushings
    E34 M5 brakes
    Mini front front rotors316x22mm
    E46 328i rear rotors 294x19mm
    5x120 Bolt pattern
    BBS RC 302 8,5x17" wheels
    E36 steering rack

    And some other little stuff coming up..
    Main reason and use for this car is to break personal goal/record on a standing mile
    Break the speed of 300km/h @1609meters

    sorry to bug but last question, what was the brand of the lights?
    Opened the light with razorblade and heatgun,pops very easily after you get the right way to do it.

    Original hella lights,are the base for these black optic lights.

    What do you mean by "back the headlights" ?

    Its easy job to do.. and lights are lookin better than LED angel-eyes.

    Just disassemble the whole light and fit the rings behind the glass.
    i putted "dimmer crosshairs" to the remote lights,sprayed black the drive beam insides,tooked off the crome inside.
    Glued all back together and thats it.

    My english language skills arent so good :roll:

    friend bought them from german E-bay.

    Fitted them by my self..
    Some evening going to take some pics of the lights and overall of the car.

    New LSD differential,took it off from the -92 E34 525i.
    Typ188 3.23 25% Differential lock



    Cant be fitted to E30 Bolt-on..
    I need to change all the stuff to E30 Diff shells :down:




    New tyres fitted etc little work been done with the car..

    Painter fixed the outsides of the car.. didnt spray the last clearcoat and did it afterwards.

    Enginebay is getting finished little by little and the outside too.. new lower tyres are waiting.
    Painted all the outside trims with satin black.









    Its very nice to drive :pimp:
