Cant find my bently, quick head bolt Q

My bently manual has gone missing, I'm thinking I let a friend borrow it for his 325es, so anyway. I'm trying to get my e30 back on the road this weekend so I'm putting it back together but I need some specs.

What is the m20 head bolt torque sequence, torque settings, and angles for the stock torque to yield head bolts? Are they torqued dry, or with a drop of oil on the threads?
