i went through a very similar experience with a group of friends. we got free tickets from my sister in law's VERY obese friend who is obsessed with the band. so, being music lovers we were like "okay free tickets we'll go". now when i was younger it was not unusual for me to go to 4 to 5 shows a week. when the punk scene was good in jax. and my bros are in a speed metal band. so......... the band was god awful. some other emo band opened up, i dont even remember their name. so my friend damien decides to light a joint. security scooped him up before he could even get on pull, haha. it was a bunch of teenie boper bullshit.

I can't understand how these talentless musicians can shoot to stardom so quickly by just MySpace popularity. Yet some of the greatest talents will never be known outside of a local region, or a small Youtube gathering.

Hopefully one day their fans will become more aware of, and interested in; better music.
