    Whats this movie

I saw a movie a few years ago on TV. I have no fucking idea what its about, but its older like 70ish maybe? Or a 90s movie that took place in the 70s?

I saw like 30 min of it maybe, and it seemed to be based around driving old muscle cars and shit around broadway or whatever street they cruised.

Anyone have any clue what movie I'm talking about? One car stuck out, it was like a 30s yellow 2 door with a rumble seat or some shit.

George Lucas's first big film. First big movie Harrison Ford was in, Susan Sommers as well come to think of it (blond in the T-Bird)

      Was set in Modesto California.

We still "cruised" when I was a kid, kind of dying out by then but I did it.

Not quite - most of the cruising scenes were shot on 4th street in San Rafael, and the race at the end was filmed in Petaluma on Adobe Road and some of the other street scenes were filmed in Petaluma as well and of course, Mel's Diner in San Francisco.
