Watch the "servings" on those little packets... many of them contain 2 servings for the sole reason of effing with the nutritional info panel to make them look lower. As if those reading the panels wouldn't notice the damned serving size.
Aside from that, the packets are friggin' great for track days. I've got a habit of freezing half a case of bottled water and letting them thaw while cooling everything else in the cooler. Pull out a bottle of water and a packet of whatever I'm in the mood for and -bam-. There are Gatorade and Powerade powders too to put back some of what you sweat off keeping the car on point.- Sco
