    I love going to court...

I love going to court to fight for custody... Something about it is just so... Familiar... Gives me this warm fuzzy feeling.

Once again it's time to crawl up some asses and dredge up some dirt in the name of protecting the kids...

    One question though...

Do I adopt a "Scorched Earth Policy" calling in the "Air Strike"?

Or do I "Cry Havoc and Let Slip the Dogs of War?

What suggestions of ways to tip the balance in wresting my children from the clutches of my drug addicted psycho bitch ex wife have you?

Any ideas on how to push her over the edge? Possibly bringing on an overdose and her demise (would have to be predictable as to when though being that we can't let her take the little ones if they are there as well, kind of difficult huh)?

I only ask all this because the last time she had any custody (2005) she nearly killed them.

    Stupid fucking family courts...

Blahhhhh, I thought getting that out would make me feel better, didn't fucking work.

You have the answer. Just prove the judge/mediator that your ex is a crack whore, and therefore that she can't take care of the kids, and you get custody. Or did I miss something?

why are you fighting for custody if she hasn't had custody since 2005(i'm assuming the kids were with you)? if she nearly killed them, she shouldn't have unsupervised visitation(laws may be different where you are). ask for a drug screening and a psychological evaluation unless you are just as guilty. are the children old enough to have a say in the matter? if she is a drug addict, where is she getting money for a custody battle?

She just won some limited custody today ( I guess I should have been clearer).

She took me to court "in pro per" (representing herself).

She claims she has been sober for nearly a year (not true, she was several times just in April)

The courts have little understanding of what people like this are like,

They see what's in front of them.

No lingering love here, I do still have the crazy lady clause in the papers (drug testing etc) but it's kind of a rubber sword.

Did that took from something like 2003 to 2005 and cost a house and an aditional $300,000 (who says the courts don't work).

Kind of still broke now... Stuff is kind of hard to Prove as well.
