                      holy shit, its not even like the dirt stopped the car, it was the 15 or so people that it ran into that stopped it. Did they arrest the guy or something? Non-sanctioned event?

                                  That had to have been some kind of sanctioned event as the paramedics and police arrived asap. That is so scary though.
