                                                Go to any website that uses Adobe Flash, such as YouTube for instance.

                                                While watching any YouTube video, right click on the video playing, then choose "Settings..."

                                                Across the bottom of the Settings screen, click on the Privacy icon. It's the second from the left, the screen with the eyeball.

                                                Allow access to your camera and microphone?
                                                You might just want to check whether yours is set to "Deny" or "Allow". ;)
