That sucks Yan!! I didn't know that the ca. fine is now $25 instead of $10. Now that really sucks!!
You just have to with your ticket signed off and pay. You don't have to see a judge unless your going to fight the infraction.

Tell them they can not search your vehicle, if you dont feel they have the right to, then. I learned on my CHP ride along.... any time you are ASKED if they can search your vehicle, say no. If they have probably cause, they will not ASK, they will just DO IT.

from what i hear socal is crazy with this stuff right now. budget crisis means cops go from "law enforcers" to "revenue generators"... looking forward to moving out to nevada ASAP after i get back.

hooray oklahoma. i had to register my current car in oregon, though, so I have a front plate.

If i run without a front oregon plate in oklahoma, think it matters, even though its required in oregon?

Ive lost count how many front plate tickets Ive gotten. Comes with the territory man. My 325 has a front plate, and my ///M3 (which I drive MAYBE every weekend) does not.

Used to have a zipped tied plate on Ex's VW front and it was tied up so it wasn't flapping in breeze. Cops never gave me flack about it.

Now I get crap as soon as they see the M red with aftermarket exhaust must be speeding and so on...illegal muffler for a car that is not registered in the friggen state...Mass is like CaliNazi.
