    Do what YOU want.

Mine has a 912 engine AND original leather seats/rust.

Stu, long time. There are only a few replicas I want in this world. The 356 Kit car is on that list.

While everyone is chiming in about replicas... another on my list is the a Ferrari 250 GT California Replica (that I've seen on craigslist here). The local wanted something like 30-40k I think. Not gonna lie, I'd buy it instead of any car in that price range if I had the money.

The California is one of only a handful made by this company. Same replica they used in Ferris Bueller's Day Off I think... Ferrari actually sued (and won) a cease a desist case against the company making them because they were such great replicas and obviously they didn't want any more to be sold. Nobody would actually drive a real one. Last one sold for something like 11. Million. Dollars.

We have a customer with one of those. He has a letter in the customer section.

Let me tell you....this car is awesome! Who cares if it's a kit? The fit and finish, driveability, etc it awesome! It's a modern car in an old style body.

Some of the 250 GTO kits are pretty sweet too.

356/550, factory 5 racers, Ultima GTR are pretty much the only kit cars anyone should be making!
I'd rock a modern 356 around S.D. or similar place w. like 5 tools in the trunk not giving a fuck!

OutLaw KIT 356 FTW. I absolutely love the idea. Cause outlawing a real 356 would be pure blasphemy. And im not that rich to have two of them. Thats all i have to say. Links to come after i chat with the PCar guy in the family.

And you can't get a rusted dented 356 tub (no suspension/ drivetrain) for the price you could build a decent E30 for
