ATV amphibian?

I got a email (some time ago) it was a video showing an ATV amphibious, well, the ATV and JetSki fussioned....someone knows of any manufacturer that makes these things? maybe it was only a prototype or myabe it does exist for sell...

I've seen those before online...They are pretty cool toys. Sorry i dont remember the name also.
