Oh you guys have product specific lines, yea I worked in a retail store but people would come in bitching all the time and always complain about how far they had to drive and demand compensation for the drive, when it was something stupid, that could easily be solved over the phone, like the remotes batteries died, or the system needed to be reset.

How is that job by the way, I could imagine it could be a bit hectic dealing with other peoples issues all day, but I know the Apple stores pay their retail employees pretty well, I'd imagine the same for PTS.

I've been doing this for almost 6 months now. I take about 30-40 calls per day. I have encountered ONE person with a virus on their iMac.

And only because they pirated OS X.
