    Sodomized by a Taser

    Cliffs:
Guy gets in a domestic dispute
Cops come, kick in the door and tackle him
Cop hits him with a taser in the back
    Cops handcuff him
Cops fires tazer while holding it in between his ass cheeks
Cops asks if he felt that, then places taser on the guys balls
Guy uses passive language and complies while he is on the ground

The exchange between Officer #3 and the suspect during the incident was captured on a police officer's recorder. Murphy transcribed some of it in his report:

Officer #3: Do you feel this?

    Complainant: Yes, sir.

Officer #3: Do you feel that? That’s my -

    Complainant: Okay

Officer #3: -Taser up your ass.

    Complainant: Okay

    Officer #3: So don’t move.

Complainant: I’m trying not to. I can’t breathe.

"This exchange, especially the complainant’s response, strongly suggests that, at that moment anyway, the Taser was pressed between the Complainant’s buttocks and near his anal area," Murphy wrote in his report on the incident.

Two circular burn marks 1 to 2 centimeters in size were found on the suspect's buttocks, Murphy said.

Officer #3 also threatened to use the Taser on the suspect's genitalia.
Here's more of the transcribed recording of the exchange between Officer #3 and the suspect:

Officer #3: Now do you feel this in your balls?

Complainant: I do, sir. I’m not going to move. I’m not gonna move.

Officer #3 Now I’m gonna tase your balls if you move again.
A minute later, this exchange occurred:

Officer #3: Okay, I’m gonna take this Taser out of your asshole now. Are you going to fight with me?

Complainant: No, not at all, sir

If criminals were treated more harshly they would think twice about breaking the law. Stealing a horse was a hangable offense. Stealing a car today doesn't even get jail time in most cases. I think the cost of a bullet is cheaper than housing a prisoner for life!

So, a car is worth a life? Get fucking real. Sure, stealing a horse back then was a hangable offence, since a horse was worth a lot back then. People needed them to survive. Needing a car to survive these days? Come on...

Yes and men used to be able to beat their wives, as long as the stick was no bigger than their thumb. Now you get a taser up your ass for arguing with her. If you're going to compare it to olden days you have apply the logic to both sides.

There are stories in the B of M and the Bible that describe Gods people dealing harshly with people that break the law. In fact our own laws were derived from the bible and the law of Moses which was given to him directly by God himself. It's the liberals that think that having mercy so to speak is the better way, but in the end all it does is endorse more crime and bankrupt the people. If I got my balls chopped off for speeding I don't think I would speed in my E30 as I value my family jewels more than going fast. It is all common sense...no harsh punishments, lots of people willing to do crime!

yes, everyone should die no matter what crime they commit, then no one would commit crimes, because people are perfect and never make mistakes.

coming from a christian, i would expect you to remember a little something in the bible about God being the one who judges us, not other humans, and that Jesus died for our sins.

                        what ever happened to forgiveness?

Wow daniel, talk about putting words in my mouth. I never said that everyone should die for being imperfect. I did say that harsher punishment would lessen crime. Yes in the end God is the judge, but in the mean time if we were a society without laws or punishments then we would have no society at all and anarchy would reign. We have to be able to judge and to make mistakes in order to understand the difference between good and evil. Christ dying for my sins allows me to be able to make mistakes, gain wisdom by doing so, and then being able to be forgiven by God in order to be able to live in heaven again after this life is over. Being a christian does not mean that one must allow everyone else to do whatever they want. If that were the case I would be moving as far away from this planet as possible!

That´s a lot of preaching about fear. Why not preach about common sense?
